Absolutely great offer with really authentic specialties from the charcoal grill. Price / performance ratio is right here and the staff is always friendly and usually very quick. Absolute recommendation! One of our favorite restaurants when it comes to Turkish cuisine. 👌🏻

incompetent staff. Absolutely cold food, incomplete order delivered and when you call back you get cheekily turned on and the (paid) food is not even delivered. With these prices you can only be disappointed here at this restaurant! Wrong side dishes, wrong sauces - what else can you say ... Never again!

Order incomplete and wrong sauces. After calling you are told unfriendly that this actually cannot be and you don't know who took the order. Subsequent delivery did not take place despite my request. Order often there, but I have been disappointed for the second time since the last time the food was delivered cold. So this was the last time.

One star is actually still too many. Absolutely disastrous service. Bread with dip was ordered and the bread was forgotten, when they called, only the statement "won't happen next time" doesn't help me much, I can't do the dip spoons. We are also 5 minutes away and the meat was delivered ice cold. That was the last order, thanks for nothing.

Order was not complete, the missing food was not even delivered, it was simply hung up when asked and the food was cold, the quality left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately that was the last time ...

The food was delicious. For the food I would give 4 stars. Also it was not expensive and large filled plates. It was very dark and cold inside, a candle would make it more cozy. It was not busy. The service was unfriendly and talked rudely. We did not feel welcome. I understand German very well and have learned that you should say Bitte with every request when you receive guests. Despite the fact that the food tasted good, I would therefore not come back here. Sometimes the atmosphere is more important than the taste of the food. Tip: give a little more attention to your guests and in the toilets it smells like the farm. A scent freshener might help. Take advantage of my feedback.

Delicious, well-presented dishes, very friendly service. Unfortunately it has lost some of its charm due to its size. Otherwise great hand-painted wall decorations.

Is well cared for. Cold inside, service is not friendly. They don't have everything you ask for. Not even asked if you want anything else, very businesslike ... pay for food and go. Prices are not too bad for what you get, only the taste is disappointing

Just hadn't eaten there for a long time. Men's toilet smelled gigantic and was dirty. The food, first got old bread removed when so-called freshly made bread turned out to be ready-made, warmed bread (I'm a cook myself) then ordered a pizza margarita for daughter, a ready-made one tasted better in my opinion if it wasn't ready finished laundry. The mixed grill meat was reasonable and scored a 6 ayran should be served cold was lukewarm and not too plum very unfortunate all especially because they have the means to do it right a wood-fired oven and a grill with the right craftsmanship and love conjure up the most delicious food on the table.

Good food, but pricey for Germany. Restaurant owners should know how to serve grilled meat. You get your grilled meat on a very warm plate and that ensures that the meat fries while you are eating and you get tasteless dry grilled meat. Without that hot plate it is very tasty.

Very and very poor service. Young man servant whined that we had to put on a mask, no problem, but we didn't have to and we walked to a seat without nagging or nagging. And the food is too salty, dirty and not like before. We drive a little further because of this kind of iritation and never come back. Not recommended.

Highly recommended! This restaurant shows that they care a lot about the experience of their customers. After something went wrong between me and one of the employees there, the person in charge looked me up at Facebook. She wrote me a message with apologies and a very generous offer to make up for our bad experience. I was touched by it. Besides that i love the food there. I can't get enough of the Kanafeh dessert, a must try! One tip, ask if your pay card is accepted there, I couldn't pay with my Dutch debit card or Visa card. So best thing is to take enough cash if you're not sure if your card will be accepted. Thank you Cömce, for the nice service!

This is a super bad place. Take care in ordering chili sauce is very expensive when in everywhere is free. Really deception in this place...any sympathy, very slow Service except kitchen..... 0 point

Awesome if you're in for meat! Very high variance and quality. The pizza is mediocre IMO. Ambience is OK but the light is too cool, making the atmosphere a little uncomfortable in my opinion. Otherwise really solid! (Only maestro and old EC cards accepted for card payment, no credit)
